Obtain Golden Visa in 5 Easy Steps

Select & secure your property
We will prepare a tailored selection of properties based on your preferences and budget. Applicants can visit Greece to view properties in person, or if travel is not possible, we can arrange virtual viewings. The investor can then select and reserve a property by paying a deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
Finalise the purchase & complete registration
At this stage, the final purchase agreement is signed at the notary’s office. Travelling to Greece is not required, as a Greek lawyer can sign on your behalf with a power of attorney. The investor must pay the full purchase price, settle all applicable taxes and government fees, and obtain health insurance.
Submit the residence permit application
Astons files your residence permit application and arranges biometrics collection at the Greek Migration Service. All family members over the age of 6 must travel to Greece to provide biometrics and have their photographs taken.
